Hospital & Police Station
The former Cottage Hospital and Police Station are now private dwellings. They both represent a time when all public services were located in the town.
The hospital was built in 1897 as a Diamond Jubilee Memorial to Queen Victoria.
Now make your way back to Point 6 crossing the road via the pinch point.
Retrace your steps to the starting point for a level, shorter town walk.
